Courtney White is a senior at Emerson College and will graduate in 2005 with a degree in media studies, literature, and visual arts studies. She writes and performs with comedy troupe The Girlie Project and has also written for Emerson's student newspaper, the Berkeley Beacon. In 2004, she was inducted into Emerson's Gold Key Honor Society.

An avid equestrian, Courtney competes in eventing and dressage. She is a graduate H-A member of the United States Pony Clubs and has represented the USPC at national and international exchanges as well as serving on the National Youth Congress.

While growing up in Athens, Georgia, Courtney's mother would never let her have a video game system, but she is an expert at the first two versions of both Civilization and Railroad Tycoon. She has an unhealthy knowledge of all things related to Monty Python. This week, her career aspiration is to attend graduate school and obtain a Ph.D in art history.
